If you have questions, feel free to ask. I have listed the best fitness equipment for bodyweight and resistance exercises for the various bodyweight exercises, with my suggestions on what bodyweight equipment you should get. I don't want to provide specific training exercises to everyone, but I am listing all exercises that are effective, at least for me, at least for my body weight. The products for this list are recommended by my personal trainer and my personal doctor, but not endorsed by them. They are simply products I have found to be effective for my fitness goals. My recommendations are based on the following criteria: 1. It must be safe. Safety is paramount to my clients' training goals. When training people, I always use a body weight only exercise. When using weights and body weight only, the client has to be in good shape for at least two weeks prior to training. This prevents injuries and allows me to get to the important training and recovery. The body is always in better condition for more effective training. 2. It must be easy to use. The most important thing is that the equipment, equipment, equipment must be simple to use. In the beginning of a program, most people are using equipment that is very complicated and difficult to use.
